Hello Muvipix,
I just tried to load Adobe PSE2021 and got error message to send to Adobe. I uninstalled and reinstalled program. Windows just updated a few days ago. I have attached snip of the Error Message. This was by error posted on Premiere Elements. I have reposted undwer Photoshop Elements. My Premiere Elements 2021 works fine.

Try updating your graphics driver. If NVIDIA, the Studio Driver may work better than the Game Driver.

I tried upgrading NVIDIA drivers, but Studio driver not available. I am updated with latest driver. Again this is first time I tried to access Adobe PSE 2021 after Windows 10 upgrade.

Hi,
As of 12:20pm 6/21/2021, my problem seems to be fixed. It took two phone calls to Adobe Photoshop Elements support line. PSE2021, and PRE2021 work. For some reason, Adobe deleted the intermediary login page. I now have three desktop icons: PRE2021, PSE2021 and Organizer. Promlem must have been with recent WIN 10 update. Adobe said that program could not find some codes it needed to start. Only took two phone calls totalling 1 hour and 54 minutes.
Thank you,
Ken Skopp
