Sony FX1 tutorials

I just bought a Sony HDR FX1 and while there's a lot I can figure out about the camcorder it still seems a bit overwhelming. I've found a couple of DVD tutorials on eBay and wonder if anyone has any experience or recommendations about either. They are "Hands On: A Complete Guide to the HVR-Z1U and HDR-FX1" and "HDR- FX1 HVR Z1U Made Easy Volume 1 and 2" Thanks.
