Hi,
I added a photo to the video in my timeline. I want to fade in and fade out of the photo. How do I slow down the fade in and also how do I speed up a fade out of the photo back to the video portion?
Thanks,
Devin

Premier Elements 15 - Fade in and OutHi,

Re: Premier Elements 15 - Fade in and OutOne more question. When you click on a photo and then select "Fade in and out". How do you go back later and turn off the "Fade in and Fade out" on the photo???
Thanks, Devin
Re: Premier Elements 15 - Fade in and OutHi Devin,
Have you watched the basic training videos? They are free and teach a lot of the basics like adding transitions. http://muvipix.com/products.php?searchp ... 15&btn.y=6 1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.

Re: Premier Elements 15 - Fade in and OutHere is another free tutorial about working with transitions, this is part 1, part 2 is for subscribers only.

Re: Premier Elements 15 - Fade in and OutFade In and Fade Out are actually keyframed animations of the Opacity property. As Chuck said, I show you what these keyframes look like in Part 4 of our free 8-part Basic Training tutorial series. (Chuck posted a link to the entire series above.)
To remove the fade in/out, you need to select and delete the little white dots (keyframes) on the Opacity rubber band, as discussed in that tutorial. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
