OK Steve, many thanks for your help. I'll update the thread when this is finally resolved.

One final question from me though - further to my last note, are you aware of any limitation with regards to the number of files that can be imported from an iPhone? Organizer is only picking up just over 1500 (see below) of just over 3,000

I am not aware of a limitation -- but I've never tried to import over 1000 photos from a device, so there could well be a max point!
