And how do you get "an installable version?" We have paid for the download. Not wanting to pay again for a disc and, as we have found out re: menus, the discs have glitches too that you just have to pay to upgrade from.

We have lost days of work time, not to mention the high blood pressure caused by these glitches that just happen and no one knows why. Adobe forum is no help. You guys are great. But honestly, if someone asks us about video editing programs, I would tell them very emphatically to get something else. This is just craziness...

Oh, and I tried my work around fix that always worked before - do and SD burn and then do the HD burn. Just waited two hours and it failed too... So much for that hope...
