How to use shake reduction

I got this message when I was trying to use shake reduction, im not sure what went wrong.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

It means that the settings you chose for the project were not the same as the properties of your media.

What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what format and resolution is the video?
HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
