Fences Desktop Organizer

Postby Chuck Engels » Tue Sep 14, 2010 11:07 am

Don't know if anyone has mentioned this before.
This is a very nice, free, desktop organizer.
I was having trouble with my icons going all over the place on my laptop, this fixed the problem.
I've been playing with it for about an hour now and I'm really starting to like it.

If you have problems with your icons getting all messed up at times, give this a try :)

I've been using it for a while and love the way I can keep things organized.

There is one bug, however, but you can work around it:

If the fences are not locked (right click desktop > view > lock fences), the cursor can in some cases get stuck on the "double arrow" (like to resize a window) instead of the regular pointer when navigating windows. I always keep the fences locked unless I need to modify them.

Thanks for the tip Peru, haven't had that happen yet but now I know how to prevent it :)
