I guess it will do in a pinch. But it won't accept multiple files as input and if the file is big there is a noticeable upload time, not to mention the delay to get the email back - and then it isn't attached to the email, but you have to download it.

But if you need an odd conversion in a hurry and don't have conversion software, I guess this will be a good tool to have.

Good find Ron, has anyone tried this yet? I agree that you probably won't be converting 13gb AVI files to MP4 but for the short mpeg or mov clips off the internet it might be just perfect.
