Print Screen alternative

Postby momoffduty » Sun Oct 21, 2012 6:57 pm

I've been using cutepdf lately and very handy. No need to print screen, just File>print and from the printer options choose cutepdf and the screen shot is saved to a pdf.

The free version. Be sure to uncheck the toolbar add on.

They have a couple of pdf products. I'm assuming you meant CutePDF Writer. How did you ever discover that you could do a pdf screen shot?

They sure don't mention that feature on their web site.

My tech guy told me about it. He had remote control on my computer to show me something else and we got off topic...lol. I did mention that I was having problems opening up various files from different people and sometimes I had to save to a stick and resave on another computer and transfer back. I add content for my church's website so there are many people sending me info. A solution is for all of us to work in pdf.

And yes, I was referring to the free pdf writer.
