That's what I thought, though I didn't know what to call it.
PrP will open but it will not allow me to create a new project.
I've reinstalled to OS, saving data. The only thing I can think of to do at this point revert it to OOB, upgrade the OS, and try PrP again. All I can think of is that there is some kind of corruption that GeekSquad has not been able to ID and that a clean install in the only option left to me.
It baffles me that Premiere Pro doesn't work on this $2,700 machine but works on my OLD Dell tower, and that still images in Elements have verticle lines in them. There are other strange behaviors as well with Elements.
If the revert doesn't work I am going to have to buy another computer any recommendations?
Should I be able to find a laptop/tablet combo, like the Surface Book that is cabable of running PrP?
