Need to save a file for UTube

Postby delgadob » Tue Feb 23, 2016 2:20 pm

Hello again,
I am trying to save a file to be posted on UTube, but the uploading not to be done by me but by someone else; so I need to actually SAVE the file onto my hard drive with the characteristics which will allow it to be uploaded to Utube at another time.

Obviously I have not been able to save the file from the options for Online.

I this possible in Elements 14?

Thanks for info.

Hi Bert, This is possible but I am assuming you may be using the wrong share options. Please stick to one topic and we will help you as quickly as possible.

That said, the easiest way to do it is to just use Export & Share/Quick Export.

This will produce a nice, general purpose 1280x720 MP4, ideal for uploading.

Naturally, depending on your project specs and your original footage, there may be a more refined output setting to use. But, as we discuss in detail in our book, this is a quick and easy way to produce a good general purpose file.

I used Export & Share/Quick Export and everything was properly saved.

Thanks for the replies.
