Hi All,
Maybe this is a dumb question, but I have a video that was taken with the camera on a tripod so there is no shaking with the camera,
but the problem lies within the video itself, it is only of hands holding certain papers and for a minute the person's hand shakes holding
a particular piece, is there anyway I can eliminate even a little of the shaking of the hands. I am guessing the stabilizer effect will not
work for that case scenario. Any thoughts appreciated Bubby

What about using speed curves to render a more pleasant sequence or interpolating with some other inspirations (wings, written words...).

As I didn't know the name of the technique I looked for and I found it on Wikipedia,
it seems to fit for similar cases:

"The cutaway to B-roll footage can also be used to hide verbal or physical tics that the editor and/or director finds distracting: Because the audio is separate from the video, the speaker's voice is heard as a voice-over while B-roll footage is shown. The filmmakers are thus free to excise "uh"s, sniffs, coughs, and so forth without the video showing the small skips associated with these minor excisions."

I find energy-saving working on more timelines, overlapping clips without cutting them... I know it is taken for granted, but just to say that the "final cut" is never conclusive.
