Is the PE12 problem with titles solved in PE13?

I am considering whether to updrade to PE13. I have a question: is the problem with titles in PE12 (where you can only change the style etc of the first title) corrected in PE 13?

If Adobe follow their normal upgrade schedule, PrEl v14 should be out in the next three or so weeks so you might want to hold back on that upgrade.

In version 13, I created a title and applied a Style to it. Then I returned to the timeline and even saved and closed the project.

When I reopened it, I was able to re-open the title and apply a new Style to it.

Is that it? If so, the problem seems to have been fixed.

The glitch would appear to be fixed now in PE13.
