No, leave them there. Those files are required by the official dvd specification and must be present in a valid dvd. These files contain information about the organization and operation of the dvd. I don't know whether the CreateSpace Instant Video preparation software uses them or not, but even if it is just checking that that the iso is a valid dvd image it may want to see them. It certainly won't hurt to have them there.
