If you like the trail version, Ted, you should try the trial version. It's much better! ;)

Adobe seems to be doing a lot of maintenance on their site lately. I'd give it a day or so.

What can you tell us about your computer specs? Were you able to install any other version of the program -- or can you install Photoshop Elements but not Premiere Elements?

You may also want to try shutting down your antivirus and firewall while you're installing. Some of the more aggressive security programs (notoriously Norton) can give this kind of connection fits.

Thank You Steve.

Let start with my computer. It is Windows 7 64 bit with Intel Core 2 quadro 2.83 GHz processor and 8 GB memory , 2x 1TB hard drives .
Running both Premiere Elements 9 and Photoshop Elements 9. I want to try version 13 of the Premiere Elements. Using Adobe Download Assistant ( require logging to my Adobe account -did this successfully) I downloaded from Adobe and saved on my computer , installation package . When I try to install trail version , installation process hang on logging page ( installation require logging). Try to contact Adobe Support but can't get any. No phone # available , broken links on their support pages .
Use to be Premiere Element forum ( You Steve know about this , right?) , I can't find this any more. What support options are available now for elements programs?

Did you unzip the download before you tried to install it or did you just install from within the zip file?

I am concerned about the broken links you're finding on the Adobe site too. There should be no broken links to support on the site.

Have you tried to reach the page with more than one browser? Chrome, for instance?
