I got me a GoPro. :)

Looks like the summer just got a little wetter for me. My girlfriend ordered this for me as an early birthday gift.
It's been a couple of years since I've had one. I'm sure I'll find it very useful for this year's one-second-per-day video. :)

Dell Studio XPS 8100, Intel Core i7 2.8GHz, 4GB RAM, 64-Bit Win7. Camera gear: 2x Canon 550D's, 1x Canon EOS 6D body, Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 & 17-50mm f2.8, Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 & 24-70mm f/2.8L, and two 420EX flashes.

Congratulations, I am sure you are going to have a huge amount of fun with that camera.

The are so small and easy to use and you can put them anywhere you will want to start recording a whole lot more than you are doing now.....and yeah that is cool too.

Absolutely. This is actually my third GoPro. I've had a Hero2 and Hero3, sold my last one 2 summers ago and missed the ship on all the "plus" models. This one isn't quite as powerful as my last one, but it'll do the trick for what I need. I really dig the 60fps @ 1080p, but wish it had a higher frame rate than 100fps at 720p.
