DVD Template Question

DVD Template QuestionI've created a project that has 33 scenes. Each scene has a DVD chapter marker. The entire project is about an hour and 30 minutes. When I apply my DVD template it only gives me 5 scene pages with each page holding 5 scenes. As a result only 25 of my 33 scenes are included. Doesn't matter which template I use. I can't figure out why it doesn't add additional pages to accommodate the rest of the project. What am I missing? Thanks.
Re: DVD Template QuestionIt's not the template. It's an Adobe restriction.
Beginning with Premiere Elements 9, Adobe reduced the total number of menu markers you can place on the timeline to 25. Premiere Elements 9 and 10 would give you an error message about the limit if you tried to place a 26th marker. Premiere Elements 11 has the same 25 marker limit but does not give you the error message. If you place more than 25 markers, the ones beyond 25 do not appear.
Re: DVD Template QuestionFor what it's worth, we offer a DVD template that has room for 16 scenes on each page. (te-Generic Text DVD Menu Template)
http://muvipix.com/products.php?searchp ... =0&btn.y=0 It is text only, so your viewer won't see any thumbnails, but it will reduce the number of scene menu pages you need to 2. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
Re: DVD Template QuestionThanks Bob & Steve for your replies. I didn't know about the 25 DVD scene restriction.
Re: DVD Template QuestionNow another question related to the one above. Since PE 11 only allows 25 DVD scenes is there a way I can take the finished project and bring it into PE 7 which I still have on my computer. This will allow me the extra DVD scene pages that I need. Thanks again!
Re: DVD Template QuestionYou can output a DV-AVI using Publish & Share/Computer/AVI and then import that AVI into version 7.
You'll have to recreate all of the menu markers and DVD menu, of course, but it's the only way to get the video from one version of the program to another. Another option is to output your finished video as a DVD-ready MPEG and them import that MPEG into DVD Architect Studio (a $39 download from Sony Creative Software). In DVD Architect, you can build a DVD menu structure to any specs you want -- as many scenes as you'd like on each menu page, as many menu pages as you want.
