Time Stretch question

Time Stretch questionI am trying to stretch out my video but when i try it stretches out the audio even though i have unlinked them. I have looked thru the tutorials but didn't find an answer.. How do i just stretch the video? thanks

Re: Time Stretch questionAfter you unlink the audio and video use Ctrl+Shift+A to deselect the clip. Then click again on the video portion to select just the video. Now you're ready to apply the time stretch.

Re: Time Stretch questionThanks Dave. I did what you said and it didn't work. Maybe i am doing something wrong. I hope my book will be here tomorrow.. I probably shouldn't have used this version to do a project in til i got my book. it is driving me crazy. I am still trying to figure out things and i am sure once i can do some reading about it, it will be much easier.. right now it is just frustrating me.. i do have to admit i do like what i have figured out so far.. i have watched the tutorials..

Re: Time Stretch questionOnce you've selected the clip you want to time stretch you go to Tools, scroll to the bottom, select Time Stretch, and set the % that you want to adjust. Type in the number or click and drag in the % box. Is this how you're going about it Donna?
