Sony Vegas question

In PE it's easy to export as avi a PORTION of a clip by adjusting the work area. How do you do this in Vegas?

Basically the same, I dont have Vegas on this computer but you set the equivalent of the work bar area over the section you want to export and then select Render As.

Ok, I think I get it now ... different terminology in Vegas (render the loop). Thanks!
