I know most of us use Photoshop Elements in combination with Premiere Elements, and this is no substitute, but this new web-based software is a free and easy way to edit photos and post slideshows for display on the web.

I was viewing Yahoo News' most viewed photos and there was a photo of a Photoshop Elements 5.0 retail box on display. The description said that Adobe had a basic version for free. I guess this Photoshop Express beta must be it.
