Cooper looks like a handsome cutie. That's some high quality lean meat he's getting there, whether he knows it or not. :)

Dave, Cooper says: "ruff ruff bark bark whine" Which translates to "I feel lucky to have Ed prepare my food, but the oddball morsel in the field is tasty too"

A cautionary tale about eating food for dogs.

A man was in a supermarket buying a large bag of dog biscuits. He was standing in the queue at the till when the woman behind him asked if he had a dog. Thinking it was a very stupid question he replied, “No, I’m starting The Dog Food Diet again, although I probably shouldn’t because I’d ended up in the hospital last time." Shocked, the woman said “In hospital?” “Yes”, he replied, “it was essentially the perfect diet and the way that it works is to load your trouser pockets with dog biscuits and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry. The food is nutritionally complete so I am going to try it again.” At this point everyone else in the queue was enthralled with the story. The woman was horrified and asked if he’d ended up in the hospital in that condition because he had been poisoned. “No”, he said “It was because I was sitting in the road licking my ****s when a car hit me.” :-D

Oh John, as a moderator I'm going to have to delete your post and chastise you for this one. I'm going to do that as soon as I can get up off the floor laughing my **s off. :CS:

Glad that the joke made you smile. :)

On a serious note, a very good friend of mine makes product that goes into pet food - he has customers all around the world.

He assures me that while pet food products are being developed it is sampled by humans. Once happy that the recipe is right, human tasting stops and it goes into production.

Then I was younger I was dared to eat some Ken-L ration dog food. It tested like saltines without the salt...

I guess I didn't ask to be invited because I don't see where I asked. I was probably just crying inside.

Ed I went to the airport to pick you up from your flight but saw that the flight got cancelled because of weather. We'll have to try again for next year..... :gl:
