The Hover Camera

This is one of those ideas I think is really really cool. But it is not ready to compete with the big quads. But the safety portability and ease of use make this a great beginning idea. The video looks pretty bad to but still.............

Looks interesting! The 8 minute battery life is way low. Seems like a technology idea is outpacing the time to build and go to market.

I like it! There's some real potential here for recording a bike race or a marathon runner.

I agree Steve. I really like the concept a whole lot. Looks safe and just a fold up and go drone. I could see this having a lot of potential. To me it seems that there is a niche for a medium class drone. Something beyond the toy but not quite the DJI fly over the Golden Gate bridge either.

The only real problem with that is the 8 minute battery life like Cheryl mentioned.

I liked that thing too. Looks like he was controlling it with his phone so you don't need an expensive controller.
Someone will find a way to increase the battery life.

Since it's colorless and flat, it would be difficult to see and might get lost in the surroundings. But if you want a stealthy drone, that might be a good one to get.
