Excellent Time lapse

Postby momoffduty » Wed Apr 16, 2014 5:27 pm

This one is 2 years of work and is a little different on how the scenes were shot. Awesome moon shot at 5:02. And a look at the gear/set up at the end.

Wow very cool stuff. I can see an analogy to making wine where you have all the grapes (footage) then it must take a long while to put it together (bottling) then after a long time has passed you enjoy a glass of wine that goes way to fast (watching the video) :)

Nicely said Sidd!

Thanks for sharing this video Cheryl. I had to watch it several times, it is just so beautiful. The moon shots are incredible, like everything else.

I would like to see more of the production of the video, especially how they shot the scenes in the clouds. I also liked the night scene with the airplanes shooting out of the sky.

Eloquently said Sidd! Gerlinde, I was wondering how the cloud shots were done too.

Wow.

Abu Dhabi looks as if it ought to be a futuristic movie set instead of the real place it is!

Gosharoonie Ms Science this wasn't made in Windows Movie Maker. A splendid piece, absolutely beautiful work. The time doesn't surprise me; hope it paid off well for him. I'd love to see a how to on this.

Didn't get to see this when it was first posted. That was pretty incredible. I liked the jets landing and the fog. I remember being on the observation tower on Mt. Mitchell, NC, watching a cloud bank rolling in nearly like that, except it was in real time. Pretty cool.
