Here is the latest documentary from the Creators Project. The group's profile:

"The Creators Project is a global celebration of creativity, arts and technology. Launched in 2009, the platform features the works of visionary artists across multiple disciplines who are using technology to push the boundaries of creative expression. "

This video features a film group from Iraq. The Co-founder said something to the effect that is all about the story, the story, the story. Reminded me of Steve! They recently won an award from the Berlin film festival and shows that anything is possible with limited gear.

This is a tad long at 42 minutes, but I thoroughly enjoyed. It is an unusual food tour in Peru to find the plant origins and getting back to basics. An artisan baker is interviewed, a visit to a salt harvest, an old Inca site, a vegan chef, and some type of corn brew? that is sold out of homes.

Six chapters in nine minutes. Don't let the first chapter scare you off. A look into the different lives.

As always location, location, location. I especially liked his comment about wanting to record weather the moment was big or small...I guess that is why we are all here at Muvipix.

Beautiful hike Sidd! Yes, capturing the little moments. I have a many little moments of the grandkids either on my phone or the tablet. They like watching some over and over again. When we travel, I ask myself what do I want to remember from the trip? The time-lapse at the beach is nice on a cold snowy day back home. Or looking at the photo of my mojito. I rarely drink, but bring me my Mexico mojito!

I liked that a lot too. Especially when they switch from the broadcast camera to the on set camera. The female anchor did a really good job of switching from her personal face to her professional face. The weather girl reminded me of Rachel Weisz.

There are several things I liked about this video: the framing of the broadcast camera vs the scene playing out on the set, the character is introduced in the first moments and the camera slowly pans out to reveal the scene, later the camera slowly moves in for the intensity, the music, the actors. What also amazes me is that the story is played out with just a few words.
