I found it kind of bizarre that a reality show was used to do a pretend appraisal. Which is an oxymoron kind of what you were saying all along.

BTW, I would not want to use a $250 Windows 8.1 laptop. It's pretty much a doorstop.

A Chromebook isn't a laptop -- but doesn't claim to be. It's a tool for interfacing with Google/Chrome online apps.

Saying it's a "doorstop" when not connected to wi-fi, is like saying an iPad is worthless without an internet connection.
