Unusual video opportunity

Unusual video opportunityI've been offered an unusual opportunity to do some VCR tape transfers to DVD - sewer inspection recordings from a neighboring city. I'm not sure if I'm up to the artistic demands which this project calls for. Do you think I should use Premiere Elements, or should I step up to Pro or even After Effects? I want to showcase these sewers in the best possible light.

Re: Unusual video opportunityYou might want to switch to Pinnacle Dave, considering the sewers and all ...
Seriously though, if it is just putting the sewer VCR tapes onto DVDs I think Elements will do the job just fine. What do you plan to use for the transfer to digital? 1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.
2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.
Re: Unusual video opportunityThe post really was tongue-in-cheek, but the transfers are for real. I'll use the Canopus.
