I fixed your thumb. You were really close with your 4 attempts. It needs to have an extension 'jpg' - you had 'jpeg'. Also, make sure it's thumbnail size. 100K is a bit much to load a 100x100 image You can just scale it down to about that dimension and it will work perfect.

Yep, Chuck nailed it. Put your video in an album of choice (public or private), then put the thumbnail in the private album. This is so the general public doesn't see the thumbnail only. I've been receiving a daily digest since November I just assumed it worked perfectly.
