Unfortunately, Adobe removed the option to make a DVD in Premiere Elements. You can use a third party DVD authoring tool to do it, though. Beautiful! We have a Japanese garden in our city that sits in a not-so-wonderful part of town. In the spring the tree blossoms are beautiful. I went over there last year to do a little video but I was too late. Maybe this year.

I agree with John. This is likely a hard drive failing. But if not a hard drive, malware is the second most likely culprit.
