Search found 4045 matchesRe: Aspect Ratio HelpWhat I was suggesting was using the scale property to expand the original image to full frame to see if that overcame the problem of the black bars. It wasn't clear to me whether that had been tried yet.
Re: Miniature Series Part 2 - UPDATE new photoAhh! The juggler!
Re: Aspect Ratio HelpAn afterthought. I don't have PrEl so I don't know if this works the same way. In PPro I would attempt to use the 'Scale' option in Video Effects to slightly enlarge the image on the timeline until the black bars had been removed. If necessary, use the position settings to (re) centre the image on t...

Sadly, one cannot create pixels where there were none to start with. So, yes, quality will suffer but you would need to experiment to decide whether that loss of q...
Re: Export and Share Premiere Elements 2022Pixel dimensions for PAL are 720 x 576 at 25fps so the frame size of 640 x 480 at 30fps is strange. Matching source will override any other 'bespoke' settings hence they are greyed out.
Do you know the source of the video that you are using?
