Wow, that's an old clip !! He has a great voice and what an amazing guitarist. He played on many of the hit songs in the 60's with lots of bands because he knew how to use a capo ! There are a lot of good interviews on YouTube where he tells the whole story, remarkable.

One of my all time favorites, If You Could Read My Mind and Carefree Highway are great songs. There is a really good documentary about him.

Hi Sidd, yes I know. Just that I was very impressed with Ed King and besides Ronnie VanZandt he was a key member of that band. Their music did not sound the same before he joined the group or after he left. As guitaritst go I would put him right up there with Terry Kath from Chicago.

Ed King was amazing, so sad. Hard to believe there is only one left.
