You can set the Priority of the program in Task Manager, that will allow it to use more but I don't know that it will solve your problem. Are you sure that increasing the Virtual Memory (Page File) won't help? How much RAM do you have on that nice new system of yours?

Right click on My Computer and select Properties

Advanced tab, then click on Performance and that will bring up the Performance options box. Click on the Advanced Tab and at the bottom you will see Virtual Memory and a Change button

There are two chapters that never made the book, one that lists all of the transitions and effects, the other covers all of the Preference settings. Then there is a zip file that has some video samples of the things we teach in the book
