I think I would go with a mixer to feed into your audio recorder. It would be more versatile. Mackie makes some really nice mixers. Click on the video clip in the viewer and drag to the size needed. Or, In the effects control menu increase the video size to the desired amount. I was very surprised at the quality and how smooth the video is considering the camera is so small. I think there are many cameras that have better resolution and interchangeable lenses (think G4) but... For the size, ease of use, and maneuverability I really enjoy these small little workhorses. It was pretty exciting to be able to capture some footage. Because she nested under the eve of the garage it was quite difficult to get a good angle....but... I am happy I was able to record it.
