Re: Export Issue

In all honesty, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for an update, Griffin. Adobe doesn't issue regular updates or patches to its Elements programs (other than Camera RAW updates), so it may or may not be patched before the next generation of the program. I could be wrong -- but usually it's best get ...

Re: Export Issue

Well, it's constant frame rate -- although that frame rate is 60 fps, which could be a factor. The file also indicates a Quicktime relationship. Do you have Quicktime installed? I don't know if those two factors are the reasons you're having problems or not though. An easy way to see would be to run...

Re: Facebook and Warner/Sony music

That's interesting, Karri.

I don't know anything about it, but hopefully someone does.

I've never had a problem using any music in a Facebook post -- though I have had music censored in a couple of YouTube videos I uploaded.

Re: Export Issue

Some GoPros produce video that has a Variable Frame Rate, which could be a factor also. Have you ensured that your video does not have a variable frame rate? I just tried it using some standard camcorder footage and I was able to stabilize the clip and output the movie. Do you know how to use MediaI...

Re: Export Issue

I assume you've ensured that Shake Reduction has completed it work.

What model of camcorder is your original video coming from and what format and resolution is the video?

Re: Editing with 4K files

You may be able to handle short videos. But that i5 processor will likely struggle with longer 4K videos. Though it's worth a try. Can someone provide you with same sample video from that GoPro? Meantime, before you even attempt to edit the video, open a sample in the free download MediaInfo. Set Me...

Re: How to make wiggling borders stop..

Here are a couple of tricks from the book: First go to your Project Settings by clicking on the cog on the Preview window. On the Video tab, make sure Field Order is set to None "progressive scan" and your frame rate is 29.97. Then, right-click on the photo on your timeline and, from the S...

Re: Creating video TS file in PRE 14 to burn to disc

Our tutorial on Export and Share options will show you how to output your video. The option to output a VIDEO_TS folder is not available in version 14. However, as you can see in the tutorial, you do have the option to output your DVD as an ISO file, which is an image file that includes all of your ...

Re: How to make wiggling borders stop..

I'm not sure what you mean by adding a border to your crop/zoom.

Are the borders around the original image? If not what is the border surrounding? Can you link us to a YouTube video showing an example?

Re: Export Quality

Looks like interlacing to me.

Is your original video interlaced? Is your project set up for interlaced video?

What more do you know about the original video other than that it's standard NTSC?
