Re: Colorizing Black And White Pictures

I watched the tutorial - very interesting technique.

Just a thought. I was wondering if, after colourising, whether Portrait Pro might help make the faces in the image a little easier to fine tune? You can try Portrait Pro for free here:-

Re: photo album opening

If memory serves (and amnesia has not set in) it was Chris who posted the oiginal instructions about how to achieve the "page opening effect" using the Basic 3D video effect. Maybe, Chris, time to update the instructions (?) now that things have moved on and new tools have become available...

You could upload a clip to Vimeo which is free (but has more facilities if you subscribe).

Re: photo album opening

When I make an opening book video (which I haven't done recently so the following is from old memory) I start with three images on transparent backgrounds - the front cover of the "album", the RH page and the LH page. You can adjust the relative sizes in PrEl using the Motion Video Effect ...

Re: Hello and A Question

Late to this "party" to say Hello, welcome back Bobby.

For sharing video:-

...with one or two people I use USB pen drives as Chuck does or DVD. To share more widely I put them on my NAS so it can be accessed over the internet. Otherwise it is Vimeo.

Re: Portrait Professional Studio

I agree RJ. It is a useful tool to have.

Sometimes when I use it I take the effects to extremes - it often amuses and/or scares the life out of the owners of the faces that I use it on (grin).
