It looks as if the image has been scaled down to fit the 10% Safe Action margin. You nailed it Bob. When I opened "Motion > Scale" I noticed the Scale had been set to 90.7%. I have no idea how that happened for EVERY clip on my timeline, but after setting Scale=100% everything looked good. Still shaking my head over that one. Thanks for everyone's help!!

In addition, you may also want to apply the crop effect to control the width of the clips.
